Data Analytics Head of Growth Performance at Qonto

Leads Growth's performance measurement, strategic planning, and compensation design while managing a team of business partners to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

What this role involves

⭐ Mission

Join us as Head of Growth Performance to own how Qonto’s Growth organization measures and steers performance - from planning and target-setting to measurement adoption, analysis, and team incentives.

You’ll act as Growth’s trusted business partner - helping teams understand the story behind their numbers, make faster decisions, and steer performance in the right direction. You’ll lead a team of specialized business partners, each a senior expert in their domain (acquisition, marketing, sales, partnerships
).

đŸ‘©â€đŸ’»đŸ§‘â€đŸ’»Â As a Head of Growth Performance at Qonto, you will

  • Run Growth’s performance operating rhythm: steer performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), bring a clear narrative on performance, and drive follow-ups through to action and decisions.
  • Lead strategic planning for Growth: own bottom-up budgeting and target-setting for the entire Growth department, in close partnership with Strategic Finance.
  • Design Growth compensation: build and implement variable pay plans for Sales and other Growth functions, ensuring incentives drive the right behaviors for Qonto’s P&L. Partner with HR and Finance to keep them fair and sustainable.
  • Act as the guardian of Growth’s operational measurement stack: define measurement standards across Growth and ensure adoption - from KPI definitions to attribution frameworks and reporting infrastructure.
  • Lead and develop a senior team: lead four specialists, each owning a distinct Growth perimeter. Set direction, develop careers, and raise the bar on the team’s output and influence.

đŸ€” What you can expect:

  • Your work informs decisions at the top: your team’s output drives marketing budget allocation, sales compensation design, and strategic priorities for the entire Growth department.
  • A fast start: Budget 2027 planning begins in September and runs through December. There’s no slow ramp - you’ll be leading this exercise within your first few months, in close collaboration with Finance.
  • An AI agenda that’s real: automating reports, business cases, and performance steering through AI is already on the roadmap. You’ll help define how it gets done.
  • A team of specialists who run their own perimeters: your direct reports are senior profiles who don’t need day-to-day direction. The management challenge is developing them, not directing them.
  • New challenges every day: new markets, new products, new teams - constant change is our norm at Qonto. You’ll learn fast and grow as you help reshape how we operate.

đŸ€ About your future manager

Your manager will be Marie Huet, our Growth Program, Intelligence & Operations Director.

  • Her background: Marie started her career in strategy before moving into leading operational teams. Across fast-moving companies - TheFork, Swile, and now Qonto - she’s built a strong combination of analytical depth, business acumen, and cross-functional thinking. At Qonto, she leads a 35-person team enabling the Growth department across operations, performance, customer insights, and pricing & packaging.
  • What does she bring to the team? She brings a systems thinker’s eye to how teams are structured, prioritized, and connected - turning complexity into clear direction. She will provide the mentorship and cross-functional leadership needed to help you elevate the Growth Performance function into a true strategic business partnering powerhouse.

🏅About You

  • Analytical rigor: you have exceptional quantitative skills, a commitment to unbiased analysis, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. You know how to make the numbers resonate with a room of senior leaders.
  • People management: you’ve led senior, autonomous profiles and know how to develop careers and retain talent.
  • Leadership and influence: you’ve convinced skeptical stakeholders to change how they work without having direct authority. You can challenge a VP’s assumptions with data and make it land constructively.
  • Cross-functional fluency: you’ve worked across Data, Finance, and business teams simultaneously, and you know how to keep them aligned and moving in the same direction.
  • Product-led growth background: you understand how marketing-heavy, product-led B2B businesses grow - and what truly drives their metrics.
  • Languages & location: English required; French is a plus. Based in Paris, with a hybrid setup (three days in the office, two remote).

At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for all along.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Data Analytics Lead Sales Strategy Analyst at HubSpot

Lead strategic data analysis and reporting for sales planning, forecasting, and GTM operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth decisions.

Lead Posted 26 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Overview: At HubSpot, we help businesses grow better every day. Our Guided Selling team is at the center of that mission - building the AI and automation-driven solutions that streamline how our sales team sells, sharpen coaching effectiveness, and accelerate how fast new hires ramp. We operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and enablement, and our work shapes the experience of sales reps across HubSpot globally.

Job Summary: This role sits within HubSpot’s broader Revenue Operations organization and is part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to a Sr. Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations, the team helps shape how HubSpot plans, measures, and improves global sales performance, with annual sales planning serving as its core focus. Partnering across the business, the team develops sales targets, planning guardrails, forecasting models, and operational strategies that support scalable growth across HubSpot’s global GTM organization.

As a Lead Sales Strategy Analyst, you’ll work closely with teams responsible for pipeline generation and revenue growth, including Marketing, BDR, Partner, Sales Operations, FP&A, and executive leadership. You’ll help translate business priorities into data-driven recommendations and actionable plans. You’ll also play a central role in corporate sales reporting, quarterly commit cycles, and strategic analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong analytical foundation, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and comfort leveraging modern analytics and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making and efficiency at scale.

In this role you’ll get to:

Analysis & Insights

  • Become the go-to strategic partner for your business area by building the data fluency, reporting, and analytical rigor that help leaders make better decisions
  • Surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities through thoughtful analysis, and turn complex findings into clear recommendations
  • Deliver timely reporting and insights that support day-to-day decisions, quarterly planning, and executive visibility
  • Own key components of annual sales planning and forecasting processes for your business area

Strategy & Execution

  • Help shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, BDR, FP&A, and Operations to drive planning work from problem definition through execution
  • Support high-impact initiatives and ad hoc analyses that keep the business moving and improve how we plan, measure, and grow

Sales Enablement & Communication

  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders across the GTM organization, including senior leadership
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems, ask thoughtful questions, and help teams align around the right path forward

We are looking for people who:

Core Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, FP&A, or other related fields
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable working with large, complex datasets to uncover insights, identify trends, and influence business decisions
  • Have experience building forecasting models, performance models, and scalable reporting frameworks that support strategic planning and operational decision-making
  • Are proficient in SQL, Looker, and other BI/data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Hex
  • Can translate complex analyses and models into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Are naturally curious, ambitious, and enjoys digging into ambiguous problems and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Are excellent communicators who can present effectively, document requirements clearly, and collect and synthesize user feedback
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience automating reporting, improving operational processes, or scaling analytical workflows
  • Experience using AI tools to drive increased productivity

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with sales enablement, GTM strategy, territory planning, or sales performance optimization
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced operating environments
  • Have experience working in the technology industry, Software as a Service (SaaS), or other recurring revenue business models
